2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When the site is called up, the provider processes server log data (IP address, time, file requested, browser, operating system). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. A data processing agreement is in place.

3. Cookieless audience measurement

We measure the use of this website with our own analytics service at analytics.axaix.app. No cookies are set and no cross site profiles are built. We record the page called up, the referring source, a coarse location at country level, the device type and the time. The IP address is not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in data minimising statistics. As no information is accessed on your device, no consent under the ePrivacy rules is required. If your browser sends the „Do Not Track“ signal, nothing is counted.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry, Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. For WhatsApp the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. applies in addition, and message content passes through their servers. If you prefer to avoid that, write to info@isla.marketing. We keep enquiries for as long as handling them and statutory retention periods require.

5. Fonts and external content

All typefaces are stored on our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other content delivery network. We embed no third party maps, videos or social media widgets.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on a legitimate interest. Please write to info@isla.marketing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
